Solar bench featuring natural wood.
An exceptionally stylish solar bench featuring natural wood side panels and either carbon steel or stainless steel end panels.
Photon bench seats are also available with a solid wood seat (no solar panels) giving the opportunity to install both solar bench seating and perfecting matching conventional seating in municipal parks and gardens.
All models can be supplied with wood seat backs and cycle racks.
The five PV panels are connected independently, eliminating charging problems with benches that have only a single solar array, where hard shading of just one full cell will drop the voltage of a solar panel to half in order to protect itself. If enough cells are hard shaded, the PV module will not convert any energy.
3 x USB included as standard. A Qi charging pad can be added at extra cost.
LED lights switch on automatically when darkness falls.
Solid wood panels run the full length of bench sides.
Bluetooth speaker and/or music module with internal memory. Tracks are triggered by pressing the one of 6 vandal-proof buttons.
